Effective Date: Nov 5, 2025

Dear reader,

Hey there! Welcome to my little corner of the internet. Before we get into the really good stuff—like geeking out over the latest space missions, dissecting research, or sharing late-night study notes—we need to have a quick "friend-to-friend" chat.

Think of this page as our handshake agreement. It is here to make sure we are both on the exact same page, perfectly aligned, and totally safe while you explore everything I have poured my heart into on this blog. Grab a cup of coffee, settle in, and let’s go over the ground rules of my digital home.

1. The Core Promise (And What I Cannot Promise)

Everything I share here in this blogsite comes from a deeply genuine place. I started this blog because I have a relentless curiosity about the world. I love exploring everything from the vastness of the cosmos to the intricate, microscopic world of human health.

However, it is incredibly important to understand that everything written here is for general information, entertainment, and educational vibes only. I work incredibly hard to keep my facts straight. I spend hours reading journals, verifying data, and trying to present complex topics in a way that feels like a conversation with a friend.

But I am a human. I cannot promise absolute, one-hundred-percent perfection every single time I hit publish. Science changes rapidly, new discoveries overwrite old ones, and sometimes, I might just make a typo at two in the morning. Basically, if you decide to act on something you read here, you are completely in the driver’s seat.

By using this blogsite, you agree that I will not be held legally responsible for any errors, omissions, bumps, scrapes, losses, or damages that happen along the way. You are responsible for your own choices!

2. The Pharmacy Real Talk: I Am Not Your Doctor

I absolutely love sharing what I am learning in the world of pharmacy and medicine. It is fascinating, complex, and vital to our everyday lives. But let us be entirely real with each other right now: I am a student navigating my courses, not a practicing doctor, and not a licensed healthcare professional.

  • No Medical Advice: The science, health, and pharmacy talk you find sprinkled throughout Smriti’s Diary is absolutely not professional medical advice. It is simply a reflection of my personal studies, academic research, and the concepts I am currently trying to wrap my own head around.
  • Seek Real Professionals: If you have a headache, a weird reaction, questions about your specific prescriptions, or any real medical concern, please put down your device and go see a real-deal, licensed healthcare provider.
  • Do Not Self-Diagnose: Please, never use my blog—or any blog on the internet—to diagnose or treat yourself. Your health is way too precious to leave to guesswork, web searches, or a student's study notes.

3. Exploring Passions: Aviation, History, and the Pitch

You will also find me writing passionately about the things that just plain fascinate me. I love analyzing the systemic causes of things, whether that means applying the Swiss Cheese model to historical aviation accidents or breaking down the geometry and physics of a cricket pitch.

These analytical posts are purely for discussion and historical appreciation. I am an observer and a fan, not an official accident investigator or a professional sports analyst. If you want to read more about why I am so obsessed with aviation accidents and cricket, you won't find any boring legal jargon over there—just pure passion. Dive in to my About Me Page to see what makes me tick.

4. The "Wild West" of External Links

Sometimes, while writing an entry, I will link out to other corners of the internet. Maybe it is a press release about a new lunar mission, a cool study tool, or an external journal. I try my very best to point you toward high-quality, ethical, and safe spots on the web.

But here is the catch: once you click away from my blog, I no longer have the "remote control." The internet is basically the Wild West. Websites change their content, their owners, and their rules faster than I can possibly keep up with. A link that was safe and highly informative yesterday might be completely different tomorrow.

Just remember that other sites have their own privacy rules, cookies, and terms of service. Please give their terms a quick look before you hand over any of your personal data or take their advice to heart. Speaking of personal data, if you want to know exactly how carefully I treat yours while you are visiting Smriti's Diary, please take a quick detour. Dive in to my Privacy Policy Page for all the details.

5. My Words, My Heart: Copyright Rules

Every single word, essay, study note, and creative thought on this blog was typed out by my own hands. Because of that, everything here belongs to me unless I have clearly stated or cited otherwise.

  • You Can: Share my posts on social media! I would actually love that. If an article helped you or made you smile, please send it to your friends. Just make sure you link back to the original post and give me a clear credit.
  • You Cannot: Copy my articles, paste them onto your own blog, or claim my words and research as your own. That is copyright infringement, and beyond the legal implications, it is just a huge bummer for a fellow creator.

If you want to use a specific piece of my content for a larger project, or if you have a fun collaboration idea, please do not just take it—simply ask! I am always open to chatting. Dive in to my Contact Page and shoot me an Email so we can figure it out together.

6. By Staying, You Are Cool With This

If you have read this far down the page, you are absolutely amazing. By hanging out here, reading Smriti's diary entries, and using this blog, you are giving me a virtual "thumbs up."

You are formally agreeing to everything written in this disclaimer. You acknowledge that you are using this site at your own risk. It is simply my way of making sure we are both legally protected so we can keep our focus on the fun stuff: learning, growing, and building a community.

7. Keeping Things Fresh (Updates to the Rules)

The world changes, internet laws evolves, and sometimes, my own mind changes about how I want to run this space. If I ever need to tweak, expand, or update these rules, I will post all the changes right here on this page.

I will always update the "Effective Date" at the very top of the page so you are never left in the dark about how things work around here. It is your responsibility to check back here occasionally to make sure you are still cool with the handshake agreement.

Thank you so much for respecting my boundaries, supporting my journey as a student and a creator, and being a wonderful part of this community. Now that the paperwork is out of the way, let’s get back to the good stuff!

With love and curiosity,

Abhijit Rudra
