Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: Nov 5, 2025
Welcome to My Corner of the Internet
Hey there! I am genuinely so happy you stumbled onto this little slice of the web.
If you are new here, let me introduce the vibe. This blog—hosted right here on Blogger—is essentially my digital brain dump. It is where I geek out over the things that keep me up at night (in a good way!). We are talking about deep dives into science, the ever-evolving world of technology, the dustiest pages of history, the peace I find in gardening, and the adrenaline of aviation.
But that’s not all. I also pour my heart into topics like deep space engineering, theology, and, most importantly, the complex world of pharmacy.
I’m Abhijit Rudra. Think of me as your guide, your study buddy, and your fellow curiosity-seeker.
Before we dive into the articles, we need to have a little "housekeeping" chat. I know, I know—Terms and Conditions pages are usually boring enough to put you to sleep. But since we are dealing with laws and health topics, I have to make sure we are on the same page.
By hanging out here, scrolling through my posts, or reading my content, you are virtually shaking my hand and agreeing to these rules. It is a simple agreement between friends. If any of this doesn't sit right with you, no hard feelings at all—but this might not be the right website for you.
The "I’m a Student, Not a Doctor" Reality Check
I am a Pharmacy student. I spend my days buried in textbooks, learning about pharmacology, drug interactions, and the chemistry of life. I love it, and I want to share that passion with you.
However, here is the legal truth:
No content found on this website should be interpreted as professional medical advice, nor does it establish a pharmacist-patient relationship.
Think of my articles as educational "brain food." They are notes from my journey, research I’ve compiled, and scientific concepts simplified. They are not a prescription.
- Consult a Pro: Always talk to a certified doctor, pharmacist, or healthcare provider before making any decisions about your health, medication, or diet.
- Don't Google-Diagnose: Please do not ignore or put off seeing a qualified medical professional simply because of an article you stumbled across on this blog.
- The Academic Context: When I write about drugs or therapies, I am writing from an academic perspective. Medical science changes fast. What is true in a textbook today might be updated tomorrow.
I strive for 100% accuracy because I respect the science, but I am still learning. Use my content to get smarter, not to treat yourself.
The Creative Stuff (My Rights & Copyright)
I put a massive amount of heart, soul, and late-night caffeine into this site. Every article is written by me, usually after hours of research.
Here is the deal on Intellectual Property:
Everything you see here—the articles, the specific layout, the logo, and the photos (unless stated otherwise)—is my intellectual property. In the world of the internet, it’s easy to think "Right Click > Save" makes something yours, but legally, it doesn't.
Sharing is Caring (The Good Way):
I actually love it when you share!
- Feel free to post links to my articles on your social media.
- Quote a sentence or two for your own blog, as long as you give me clear credit and a clickable link back to the original post here.
The "Restricted" Zone (The Bad Way):
Please do not copy-paste my entire articles to your own site.
Do not sell my content or use it for commercial stuff without asking me first.
Do not use my text to train AI models without my permission.
If you want to use something for a bigger project, or if you want a collaboration opportunity, just reach out! You can find the best way to reach me on my Contact Me page. I’m usually pretty quick to reply unless I’m in the middle of exams or very busy.
Content Quality & Accuracy (My Promise to You)
Here is my process:
- Research: I don't just guess. I cross-reference my pharmacy topics with textbooks and reputable journals. Whenever possible, I include direct citations and links to peer-reviewed studies or official medical guidelines at the bottom of my pharmacy articles.
- Transparency: If I am speculating or sharing a personal opinion (like on theology or gardening), I will tell you it's my opinion.
- Updates: The world moves fast. I try my best to keep old articles updated, but I cannot promise that a post from three years ago is still perfectly accurate today.
If you ever spot an error, please tell me! I am always open to corrections. You can send me a note; my contact details are listed on the Contact Me page.
Browse at Your Own Pace (Limitation of Liability)
I do my absolute best to keep this digital garden weed-free and running smoothly. However, technology is... well, technology.
- No Guarantees: I cannot promise the site will be perfect, error-free, or available 24/7. Sometimes servers crash, sometimes Blogger has a hiccup.
- At Your Own Risk: You use this website at your own risk. I won't be held liable for any glitches, errors, technical issues, or "side effects" (figuratively speaking!) that happen to your device while browsing.
- Viruses/Malware: I keep my site clean, but I can't control the whole internet. Always use a good antivirus.
Links to Other Worlds (Third-Party Links)
In my articles, I often link out to other cool resources. This might be a reference to a scientific study, a cool gardening tool, or just a funny video.
Just a heads-up:
- I do not control those other websites. I am not the captain of their ship.
- Once you click a link and leave my blog, my rules no longer apply.
- I am not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, or anything they sell.
- Always check their terms and conditions.
Speaking of privacy, if you are worried about how your data is handled while you are here (like cookies or email logs), I have written a whole separate diary entry about that. Go check out my Privacy Policy to see how we keep your secrets safe.
User Conduct (Don't Be a Troll)
One of the best parts of blogging is the community. I love reading comments through email and seeing your thoughts on deep space or historical mysteries.
However, this is a positive space. I reserve the right to delete any comments that are:
- Hateful or bullying.
- Spammy (no, we don't want to buy cheap followers).
- Misleading or dangerous (especially regarding medical advice).
Let’s keep it kind, curious, and respectful.
Rule Changes (The Living Document)
The internet changes faster than a chemical reaction. Because of that, I might need to update these terms every now and then. Please note that these terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled within that jurisdiction.
- The Notification: I might not be able to email everyone when I change a comma here.
- The Effective Date: Any changes are official the second I post them on this page. You can see the date at the very top.
- Your Agreement: It is a good habit to check back here once in a while. If you keep using the site after I update the terms, it means you are cool with the changes.
Final Thoughts from me
Look, I know this was a lot of text. If you made it this far, you deserve a gold star.
Ultimately, I created this space to share my love for learning. Whether we are discussing the engineering behind a rocket or the theology behind a scripture, I want this to be a safe, accurate, and inspiring corner of the web.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for reading, sharing, and being curious.
If you have any specific legal questions about these terms, or just want to say hi, remember you can always reach me through the Contact Me page.
Now, let’s get back to the fun stuff—science, history, and plants!
